Shipping Policy

All StarOfDavidRing.com orders ship directly from our studio in Israel.

• 3–5 business days are required to inspect, polish, and package each ring before dispatch.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM Israel Time (UTC +3) roll into the next business day’s queue.

We use EMS – Israel Post Express for all destinations.

• A tracking link is emailed automatically once your parcel is scanned by EMS.

• Typical transit times*

  • USA & Canada: 14–21 business days

  • Europe: 12–18 business days

  • Australia & Rest of World: 18–25 business days

*Transit estimates are provided by EMS and do not include any customs processing delays in your country.

We do not offer an accelerated shipping option at this time. If that changes, we’ll update this page and the checkout screen.

• International shipments may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or customs fees once the package reaches your country.

• These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not collect or pre-pay them at checkout

• We cannot ship to countries or regions currently under international sanctions, including but not limited to Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Crimea.
  If your address is in a newly sanctioned territory, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

• If your tracking page shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the parcel, or if the item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@starofdavidring.com.

• We handle each case individually and will work with you to find the best solution—replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

• Our shipping partners, transit times, and service options may change as we grow.
  When we update this page, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. All changes apply to orders placed after the new date appears.
