Refund & Return Policy

If your Star of David Ring isn’t everything you hoped for, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to send it back for a full refund.

• Ring must be unworn and returned in its keepsake box with the story card.

• Custom-damaged or clearly worn items aren’t refundable.

• Email dorldor.info@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

• We’ll reply within one business day with an RMA number and return address in Israel.

• Ship the ring back using any tracked service; forward the tracking link to us.

Defects or wrong item?
Send photos in your first email—if we’re at fault, we’ll cover return postage or ship a replacement immediately.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Prefer a different size? Start a return as above; once we receive the original ring, we’ll ship the new size at no extra shipping cost (subject to stock).

If the carrier loses the return package, refunds can’t be issued—please insure high-value returns.
